What is the best time of day to post to your blog?

I recently Googled this question and here is the answer:

According to Problogger.net the best time of the day is first thing in the morning. If you have traffic from throughout the US, make sure that your blog posts are scheduled so that they will post by 8:00 am Eastern time.

My online writing gets more traffic on weekdays, not weekends. For that reason, I try to schedule my blog posts by 8 am Eastern time during the week.
